That's right, within 375 days, I graduated from law school, got hitched, took the California Bar Exam, moved to San Diego, moved again to NorCal, started two different jobs (the second one stuck), and had a baby!!
The baby is pretty much awesome. He is named after an Scottish Whiskey - Guess which one - and giggles alot. He is fat. Like not chubby, but F-A-T.
He looks just like his dad... except when he gets a serious face I think he looks more like me. People say he has my lips.
He is almost 7 mons old now. This explains why I haven't written in a while, right?
Well, I was pregnant when I started my newest job, so when I had Jameson I did not qualify for FMLA. And now I do- So Wes and I just took my baby bonding leave to leave Jameson with the grandparents in Tejas while we went to Costa Rica! (See pictures)
Now I am hanging out in my pajamas, with my hair NOT done, and scheming of ways to bide my time. Dan Brown just doesn't cut it for 24 hours straight.
Here is my newest idea: I am going to start a charity called RTCL (pron. "radical") living. Respect Trust Cherish Love = RTCL. It is based on the concept that Family comes first. Stay tuned for my first posts to RTCL and of ways you can contribute. RTCL will be a nonprofit that benefits families in need, and also provides a community-base for families to do family activities together like crafts, yoga, game nights, concerts, and charity.
